Shipping Policy

At Home Is Home, we carefully pack every order to make sure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Time

    Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

     During busy periods, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is any significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

 

Shipping Rates

    Canada:

           • Ontario & Quebec: Flat-rate shipping is $8 CAD. Free shipping on orders over $79 CAD.

           • Other Canadian provinces & territories: Flat-rate shipping is $12 CAD. Free shipping on orders over $79 CAD.

    United States:

          • Flat-rate shipping is $20 USD.

          • Free shipping on orders over $109 USD.

          • Shipping is currently unavailable to Alaska and Hawaii.

 

Taxes & Duties

    Canada:We currently do not charge GST/HST on eligible orders at checkout.

    United States:Duties and customs fees are covered by us, so U.S. customers will not be charged additional import fees upon delivery.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, and customs processing where applicable.

Estimated delivery times:

       • Canada: approximately 3–10 business days

       • United States: approximately 5–12 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery windows.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow a little time for tracking updates to appear after your package has been shipped.

 

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Home Is Home is not responsible for delays caused by:

      • postal carriers

      • customs processing

      • weather conditions

      • incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

      • peak holiday shipping periods

      • other circumstances beyond our control

If your order appears to be delayed, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.

 

Incorrect Addresses:

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Home Is Home is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Please include:

     • your order number

     • photos of any damaged items and packaging, if applicable

     • any relevant details about the issue

We will review the situation and work with you toward a resolution.
